Ahead of consumer launch, we are privately allocating exclusive country rights to a small number of founding partners. Each partner will own and operate HIP & FLO in their territory within a globally governed brand system.

The introducer role
We’re not looking for anyone to sell, pitch, or negotiate on our behalf. The role of an introducer is intentionally simple: to recognise when someone may be a genuine strategic fit, make a private, high-trust introduction, and then step back
HIP & FLO handles all qualification, discussions, and allocations directly. That separation is deliberate and important.
Who this tends to work well for
This tends to suit people who already operate comfortably in discreet environments, those with trusted access to HNW or UHNW principals, entrepreneurs, or family offices, and an instinctive understanding of reputation and long-term value.
It works best for individuals who prefer a small number of meaningful relationships over volume, and who are careful about what they associate their name with.
It’s not designed for mass brokers, cold outreach models, franchise sales organisations, or situations where an opportunity needs to be pushed to make it land. If something requires heavy persuasion, it’s unlikely to be a fit for either side.

For the right introducers, the appeal is straightforward. The opportunity is rights-based and clearly defined, the commercial model is clean, and scarcity is real; one partner per country.
Everything is handled privately and deliberately, with brand integrity protected at every stage. It should feel less like brokering, and more like opening the right door at the right moment.
How introductions are recognised
Introductions are recognised only when they result in a completed country allocation. Recognition is structured as a one-time honorarium, typically in the 7–10% range of the rights allocation, with no retainers or trailing commissions.
