Private Introducers
Hip & Flo is building a modern luxury sports house.
Ahead of the global consumer launch, we're privately allocating a limited number of exclusive country rights. Each partner assumes long-term responsibility for building and operating the brand within their territory, within a globally defined system.
To support this process, we invite a small number of trusted introducers to make discreet, high-quality introductions.
The Brand
Hip & Flo sits at the intersection of sport, design and culture.
Padel and pickleball are brought together within a single, considered system spanning racquets, paddles, apparel and accessories.
Designed with intent. Built for longevity. Structured to scale globally.
The Introducer Role
The role is simple.
Recognise alignment.
Make the introduction.
Step back.
Hip & Flo manages all qualifications, discussions, and allocations directly.
This separation is deliberate.
Who This Suits
Individuals with trusted access.
Typically, those operating within private networks of founders, principals and family offices. People who understand discretion, reputation and long-term value.
This is not designed for volume, outreach-driven models, or transactional deal flow.
Why It Works
For the right introducers, the appeal is clear.
A defined opportunity.
Real scarcity.
One partner per country.
Handled privately.
With discipline.
Without noise.
It should feel less like selling and more like opening the right door.
Recognition
Recognition applies only when an introduction results in a completed country allocation.
This is structured as a one-time honorarium, typically in the range of 7 to 10 per cent of the allocation value.
There are no retainers.
No ongoing commissions.
All terms are agreed clearly in advance.
Allocation Momentum
Interest is already forming across multiple regions ahead of launch.
A number of territories are in active discussion. Others are being held back deliberately.
Allocation is not driven by speed alone, but by alignment, capability and long-term intent.
For introducers, timing matters.
The right introduction, at the right moment, into the right market.
Next step
If this aligns with how you operate, and you believe you can introduce the right people, you may request a private conversation.
Introducer relationships are limited and considered carefully.
